This is my soul food , porkbone boilup with cabbage ,potatoes ,doughboys and Kumara . Kumara is purple skinned yellow flesh sweet potatoes that came to NZ with the maori you can find them in Hawaii and south America .

My wife and my favourite dishes , Pavlova with cream golden kiwi and strawberrys for her and Paua (Black Abalogne )and cream with fried bread
