Since I found out I had type 2 diabetes I’ve been eating way better and lost alot of weight. Trace could eat the stuff he eats. He just has to do replace the bad stuff with healthier stuff.
This is 2 Multigrain waffles with fruit,a very little bit of light butter and sugar free syrup. It still tastes great!![]()
