I’m blazing out and listening to B Real’s solo catalog, and I was reminded how DOPE the song 1 Life is! I would love to learn more about the production and how this song was created! Along with the lyrics, the beat is DOPE as fuck!

Got to see this guy today. He is my Dad and he has survived cancer and is a cannabis user in the state of Florida. Still get in to him because he won’t listen to us and his Doctor to take RSO. Pray that he starts he has been cancer free for 5 years now.

I was visiting Carlsbad last week and stopped by the Dr. Greenthumb San Diego location. The entire store setup is DOPE! I picked up 4 Insane flavors, all were great, but that Hindu Phunk was something special!
