Marvelous Monday Everyone!! This evening we’re having Roti (pronounced, “Row-Tee”). Commonly found around South America & The Caribbean; Roti is a fried flatbread made from Flour & a tiny bit of Baking Powder with Water. The dough is fried in oil inside a pan, and raised to a soft flatbread (some call a “Bust Up Shot”). It is filled with Curried Beef, Onions, and Potatoes. I also personally add Salad & Tomatoes myself, and complete in a wrap. DragonFruit Juice n’ Weed!
