New to cannabis. Using for nerve pain relief. Any suggestions for good place to find info on using it for that. I tend toward edibles, RSO and live resin vape.
Thanks everyone. Happy belated 420.

I would ask your budtenders. They should be knowledgeable in knowing this. I think RSO and edibles would be the best for nerve pain. Only downside with taking RSO and edibles all the time is your tolerance will sky rocket and may need to up the dose later on.

Sadly many of the local budtenders don’t have that knowledge because here in Nova Scotia the gov runs the dispensaries and they’re not even supposed to make recommendations for certain medical conditions, etc. Guess they’re worried about liability.

Yes there is a medical cannabis side in Canada but they are not allowed to advertise or have a brick and mortar store so it’s hard to find them. Dr.’s and pain specialists have certain ones they use and/or know about. At least that’s how it is in Nova Scotia where I live, health care is a provincial (State in USA) matter so it varies province to province.

The med cannabis places also seem to have a fairly limited selection. They don’t have much if anything for concentrates, I’ve never seen RSO for sale/prescription, etc. It’s mostly flower, oil, distillate vapes, and various edibles (all distillate infused). Finding full spectrum/live resin/terp sauce, etc products is hard. I’m not into smoking flower but my next step is trying a flower/dry herb vaporizer.
